Exhibitor passes are for sales staff working in your exhibit booth. You will receive a maximum of four exhibitor passes. If more than four people will be working your booth, please supply a printed or typed list of names on company letterhead by end of January. We will check these individuals through the exhibitor entrances.
FOR EXPRESS CHECK IN, COMPLETE THIS FORM BY THE END OF JANUARY.
WHAT’S NEW
The Waterloo Convention Center will be remodeled inside and out for the Home Show. The exterior remodel creates changes to the footprint of the building. There will be less space outside for hand loading so make plans to use the overhead door on Commercial Street if needed. Carts are not allowed through the new walk-in doors, but hand carrying is. The main attendee entrance will now be on the corner of Commercial/Fourth Street with the Jefferson and Commercial side doors used for exiting and exhibitor entrances prior to show hours.
ELECTRICITY IN BOOTHS
There is a $50.00 electrical charge for 110V 20-amp service If you need electricity and did not indicate this on your contract, please order electricity by contacting our office. Fire marshal codes prohibit light weight cords, overloading circuits or power strips, or any open wire splicing. Please use heavy duty grounded cords and junction boxes. This will be checked by the Fire Marshall.
SHOW DECORATOR
Oak View Group 360 is the official decorator for the show.
