EXHIBITOR SET UP INFORMATION

The following schedule is designed to help everyone move-in and out of the North Iowa Events Center in Mason City as smoothly as possible. If you have any problems, please contact us.
REGISTER AT SHOW OFFICE
Please register at the show office to pick up you exhibitor passes. Booths must be paid in full prior to setting up. You will receive a maximum of four exhibitor passes. If more than four people will be working your booth, please supply a printed or typed list of names on company letterhead. We will check these individuals through the exhibitor entrances. Please request EXPRESS CHECK IN by Monday prior to show.
MUSIC
Exhibitors are not allowed to play music or videos with copyrighted music backgrounds in their booth due to Federal Copyright Liability Laws. For more information, contact our office.
ELECTRICITY IN BOOTHS
There is an electrical charge of $50.00 for 110-volts, or $75.00 for 220-volt service for electricity to your booth. If you need electricity and have not notified us previously, please order it now or when you arrive for set up. Payment is required prior to set up. No halogen lights without permissions from show management.

Complimentary wireless internet is available.

BALLOONS
No helium filled balloons allowed.
EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE
On Saturday and Sunday the exhibitor entrances will be unlocked one hour before show time.
The exhibitor entrances will be the north door of All Seasons Building and south door of Olson Building.
SALES TAX PERMIT
If you plan to sell any taxable items in your booth you must have an Iowa Sales Tax Permit. NO temporary tax permits are being issued by the state. If you do not have a permit, please call 800-367-3388 or go to https://tax.iowa.gov/businesses/business-permit-registration scroll down and click “Online Permit Business Registration.”
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Refer to the Liability section on your contract.
As a standard requirement of all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence. If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. This policy covers you during move-in, show hours and move-out. Complete this form and obtain this coverage for $94.
EXHIBITOR PARKING
During show hours, please park west of Olson Building or east of All-Season’s Buildings. Please save the close parking for your customers.
SHOW DECORATOR
Majestic Events, is the official show decorator. If you would like to place an order, please do so a month prior to the trade show to ensure availability.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Events Center has an exclusive food and beverage policy. No food or beverages (including intoxicating beverages) may be brought on or into the premises without prior approval. As a rule, food representing less than 1/4 the normally acceptable smallest retail portion will be allowed.
LAWN MOWERS & TRACTORS
Fire marshal guidelines require minimal fuel, batteries disconnected, and gas caps taped.
EXHIBITOR FREIGHT
The North Iowa Events Center will receive freight on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during set up.

Mon-Wed: Request Early Access | Thurs: 8am-7pm | Friday: 8am-2pm
TEAR DOWN SCHEDULE
Sun: 4pm-7pm | Mon: 8am-12pm | All exhibits must be removed by noon on Monday.
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT EXHIBITS
Exhibit rental is by invitation only. Show and venue management reserves the right to limit types and sizes of exhibits. No food sales or samples without permission of show management.
